I do not accept insurance but most insurance carriers consider me an out of network provider. I can provide you with a receipt for clinical services with the required insurance codes that you can submit to your insurance company under your out of network benefits. You are responsible for the payment of my fees at the time services are rendered. Please contact me for a fee quote.
